20th logo Cornerstone is celebrating our 20th Anniversary of ministering alongside area churches and organizations to meet needs and restore hope in the lives of families and individuals in our community.

Thank you to all the volunteers, table sponsors, staff, and vendors who helped us celebrate 20 years of ministry on April 20th at the Round Up Inn. Over 450 people gathered to see and hear what God has been doing - and will continue to do- through Cornerstone. Check back soon for pictures!

Cornerstone Thrift Store	Birdies For Charity
CURRENT SPECIALS $1 vitamins & supplements, $5/ gallon of paint & 100s of new t-shirts for $1 each This week's features: Home Decor, Pillows, Lamps, Shades, Baskets, OTC Cold/Flu products & $4 Jeans! Coming Soon: Mother's Day, Summer & Baseball Items! All thrift store items are donated by the public. The sale of these items provide revenue to the ministry and also allows Cornerstone to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of families and individuals. Last year, the Thrift Store sold over $128,000 in merchandise and gave away over $131,000 of clothing, furniture, household items, and supplies to our clients and Network Partners. Thank you! Sign up for our e-Newsletter and follow us on Twitter!	Cornerstone is proud to partner with Birdies For Charity at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial for the eighth year. Through pledges & a percentage match from the Crowne Plaza Invitational, we will receive a donation for each birdie made during the tournament! Last year, over $170,000.00 was raised to help fund Cornerstone programs, providing emergency food and clothing, medical care, reentry services, and job training programs for families and individuals in our community. By using Cornerstone's Birdies for Charities link here, you can help the needy in North Texas by making either a flat donation or a per birdies pledge. (Last year's pros made 1,268 birdies; a 5-cent/birdie pledge would have totalled $63.40. A 10-cent/birdie donation would have totalled $126.80.) AstraZeneca Grant
Cornerstone received a $150,000 grant from AstraZeneca's HealthCare Foundation program, Connections for Cardiovascular Health, for the second consecutive year. This grant will support our Cardio Outreach program geared towards underserved, low-income residents of Tarrant County . Cardio Outreach is designed to include patients from our partner organizations, which will increase capacity and provide sustainable, comprehensive cardiac care to the poor and uninsured.

Bank of America Award
Cornerstone received one of two North Texas Neighborhood Excellence Awards from Bank of America for 2010. (Click here to watch the video about two of our NLC residents.) This two-year grant provides funding as well as leadership training for Cornerstone.

Cornerstone's Capital Campaign
Thank you for helping us complete Phase I of our campaign. $3,061,577 has been raised to purchase and begin renovations of our new building.
