For the third consecutive year, Cornerstone received a grant from the AstraZeneca HealthCare Foundation program Connections for Cardiovascular HealthSM. This grant will support our Cardio Outreach program geared towards underserved, low-income residents of Tarrant County, including patients from our partner organizations.

Cornerstone has been honored as a 2012 Top Non-profits Organization by the Fort Worth Business Press. Thanks to our clients, patients, volunteers, partners, supporters, and staff, for helping us receive this honor!  Mike Doyle presented the award during Cornerstone's monthly staff meeting on January 29, 2013. See more about Great Nonprofits at on their website.

Bank of America Award - Cornerstone received one of two North Texas Neighborhood Excellence Awards from Bank of America for 2010. (Click here to watch the video about two of our NLC residents.)
