Cornerstone Charitable Clinic believes in not

take personal control of their health. Ongoing care and consultation is

ailments, heart disease, and diabetes. Patients who may face chronic health
issues may be referred for education, healthy cooking, or fitness classes
available at Cornerstone. These wellness events are often open to community
members who also want to live healthy lives.
Health Services is excited to have a
Community Health Worker to offer additional services to enhance the medical
