AstraZeneca Grant
Cornerstone received a $150,000 grant from AstraZeneca's HealthCare Foundation program, Connections for Cardiovascular Health, for the second consecutive year. This grant will support our Cardio Outreach program geared towards underserved, low-income residents of Tarrant County . Cardio Outreach is designed to include patients from our partner organizations, which will increase capacity and provide sustainable, comprehensive cardiac care to the poor and uninsured.

Bank of America Award
 Cornerstone received one of two North Texas Neighborhood Excellence Awards from Bank of America for 2010. (Click here to watch the video about two of our NLC residents.) This two-year grant provides funding as well as leadership training for Cornerstone.

Cornerstone's Capital Campaign
Thank you for helping us complete Phase I of our campaign. $3,061,577 has been raised to purchase and begin renovations of our new building.

Cornerstone Meeting Rooms

The Cornerstone Headquarters and Ministry Center includes meeting spaces available for the use of our Network Partners and other organizations in the community on an as-available basis.   For full information on rental fees and policies, please see the Facility Usage Contract. 

If you are interested in holding a board meeting, training session, or other activity at our facility, please complete the appropiate forms and submit to Denice Crawford, Executive Administrative Assistant. (Not all dates are available and fees may apply for after-hours or multi-day functions and for non-Network Partner organizations and individuals.)

Food Services Order Form (for Cornerstone Creation Cafe Services)
Outside Food Info Form (for events bringing food in from other caterer/kitchen)

Community Room can be set for conferences, luncheons, and banquets and includes and LCD projector and Sound System upon request.  Please submit a Community Room Setup Request with your contract.

Board Room seats up to 20.  Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.)

Training Room seats 12-15 around a square conference table.  Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.)

Computer Lab holds 8 computers with internet access and can set an additional 8-24 at tables.  Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.)  The Computer Lab may be rented with or without use of the computers.
